To book an appointment, click here to go to our secure booking portal, the website will be: https://anderson.clientsecure.me

Once on that page, click the orange link that says "I'm a new Client" - this will take you to a screen where you can choose to book a meeting. You will see three choices in the drop down list:

- First Assessment - Diagnostic Evaluation 90791
- Initial Phone Introduction
- Initial Office Meeting

Select which session and then choose the date and time you would like. You will then be promoted to enter your name, contact information and use a credit card to hold that appointment.

If there are not times that work for you, please call and we easily can work something out!

To change an appointment you have made, click here to go to our secure booking portal, the website will be: https://anderson.clientsecure.me

Once on that page, click the white button that says "Existing Client" - this will prompt you to sign into your account.

From there you can edit your existing appointment - or create a new appointment.

Our initial Diagnostic Evaluation session lasts 60-90 minutes and costs $260. In this session we will review the forms that you completed before the session, discuss current needs and concerns, and review important policies.

Future sessions, whether individual therapy or family sessions, cost $180 for an hour session. Payment is due at time of the session and can be made with credit card (processed by Stripe or Square), check or simply through the secure booking portal (processed by Stripe) you used to make the appointment. For longer sessions, 90 or 120 minutes, there is a higher rate of service. We can accept HSA and FSA cards, and we are able to offer you a "Superbill" that you can submit to your insurance for consideration of out-of-network coverage.

We also offer the option of meeting you in the convenience of your home, please reach out if you would be interested in those sessions, there is a travel fee associated with that service.

Our cancellation policy states that you may be charged a $100 late cancelation fee if you do not show up for your appointment or cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice.

Typically we are able to accept HSA or FSA credit cards.

We can provide you with a printed or emailed receipt for each session (typically referred to as a 'Superbill'). Some insurance companies will allow members to submit this Superbill for possible reimbursement or to count towards their annual deductible and out of pocket expenses. The best step would be to call the number on the back of your insurance card and talk to a representative to see if this is an option for you.

At this time, we do not accept insurance or process insurance claims and may be considered as an 'out-of-network' provider at this location.
