Your Journey Matters

We really believe that - and we also know how hard it can be to find the right support when you are in a time of need. We want to be helpers as you work through this chapter of your story - and point you to more resources, ideas and community support along the way.

Our Vision

Our Vision is to see renewal in hearts and homes, where families can grow towards health and individuals can flourish in their unique journey.

We believe in the vitality of you being a healthy individual and the incredible importance of family. We advocate for clear, loving communication in homes and relationships. We seek healing for the broken hearted. And we believe in the deep resilience that is built into your soul.

A Heartbeat for the West Metro

Over the years we have had the opportunity to connect and work with families across the Twin Cities. Within schools, churches, in apartments, homes, shelters and neighborhood, we have been able to offer mental health help to those in need.

We just moved! We now share space with some other wonderful counselors in the Ridgedale Office Center, right in the heart of Minnetonka. We are conveniently located next to 394 and 494, just a few minutes to Plymouth, Wayzata, Maple Grove and Eden Prairie.

We are passionate about serving the West Metro and are excited to be a resource and help to the families and communities here on the West side of town.
